Modify priorities for support requests

Add a priority:

  1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Request Configuration.
  2. Select the Support request action. The Support request action details open in the right pane.
  3. Select the Priority tab.
  4. Click + Add Priority.
  5. Enter an English Name (en-US).

  6. Enter a French Name (fr-CA).

    Note: You must enter a name for both languages.

  7. Click Apply. The priority is saved and appears in the priorities list.

Reorder priorities:

  • Drag and drop to reorder Priority entries in the priorities list.

Enable or disable a priority:

  1. Select the Priority tab.
  2. Click the check mark icon on the Priority entry. It changes to a red stop icon. The priority is disabled and does not appear in the Support action.
  3. Click again to enable. The icon changes back to a check mark.
